At Crowned Confidence Co, every item is made with care and intention. Because our products are made-to-order, please review our shipping process below before placing your order.
Order Processing & Production Time
All items are produced through our fulfillment partner, CustomCat.
Orders typically require 3–7 business days for production before they are shipped.
This production time includes:
- Printing and customization
- Quality checks
- Packaging
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Shipping Time
After your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States:
3–7 business days
Please note:
- Shipping time does not include production time
- Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Crowned Confidence Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to have the item reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Crowned Confidence Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
