At Crowned Confidence Co, every item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom printed or made-to-order, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:

• Correct item selection

• Size selection

• Color choice

• Shipping address

Processing Time: 2–5 business days (made-to-order)
Shipping Time: 3–7 business days

Please note: All items are made especially for you. Order processing begins immediately after purchase, so orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item

• A photo of the packaging

Once verified, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

Crowned Confidence Co is not responsible for:

• Packages lost by the shipping carrier

• Delivery delays caused by the carrier

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
